Many BOBOFRIENDS pieces are released in limited quantities. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video of the product and packaging.
Where an issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund. Minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, or measurements may occur and are not considered defects when within the stated product specifications.
