Are BOBOFRIENDS products limited edition?
Many of our designs are released in limited quantities. Once a design sells out, it may not be restocked.
Why do you produce in limited quantities?
We prefer thoughtful, small-batch releases rather than mass production. This allows us to avoid excessive inventory and keep each collection distinctive.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. Please refer to the estimate shown at checkout.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
Limited-quantity items cannot normally be returned for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personal preference.
Could my order arrive in separate packages?
Yes. Products may be prepared and shipped separately.
